Hi — I’m Julie.

I’m a former VP-level product leader turned operations consultant, now working exclusively with veterinary practices. After spending two decades inside complex, service-driven organizations, I saw the same operational patterns show up in clinics — just under far more pressure.

Veterinary teams don’t struggle because they aren’t working hard enough. They struggle because their workflows evolved under constant demand, staffing shortages, and emotional labor — without ever being intentionally designed.

Pawline was created to focus on that reality.

My work starts with diagnosis. I help clinics see where daily friction has become “just how things are” — from scheduling and client communication to handoffs, follow-ups, and administrative load. From there, I design practical, clinic-ready workflows and light automation that reduce manual work, protect staff time, and support better care delivery.

No new software for the sake of it, no overcomplicated systems - just clear, humane operations that teams can actually sustain.

Originally from France, I came to the U.S. at 18 on a tennis scholarship after years as a competitive swimmer and downhill skier. That athletic background shaped how I work today: focused, disciplined, and deeply respectful of the physical and emotional limits of people doing demanding work.
